Senja Bersama Hujan

  Senja yang datang dengan tetesan air hujan memiliki makna tersendiri. Namun, senja tetaplah senja yang memberikan keindahan dan kisah yang berbeda di setiap kedatangannya. Begitu pun dengan hujan, hujan tetaplah hujan yang menyuarakan alunan melalui derasnya tetesan air. Selayak hujan yang turun dengan derasnya. Rasaku adalah sederas hujan untukmu, tapi kamu membalasnya dengan rasa yang sesingkat senja, datang dengan kisah yang indah lalu pergi dengan meninggalkan sebuah kisah dan tanpa suara. Aku yang salah, karena membiarkan hati terlanjur jatuh dan basah. Hingga tanpa sadar senja itu pergi dan tergantikan oleh nabastala malam dengan derasnya hujan yang masih setia membersamai.   Bismillah. This week I will share related to micro teaching, but this time I want to share related to micro teaching which was carried out by my friend. I think they are good and even quite covered their previous shortcomings when doing teaching practice, even though they are still a little stiff, but not like before, now they are more relaxed in doing it. they involve students when carrying out teaching practices by bringing all teaching skills. I hope that in the future I can also do better than what I have done before.

Teaching Practice: All Skills

  Bismillah For now I will share about teaching practice again, this time I did teaching practice by improving my skills, to be honest before I did this teaching practice I didn't do any preparation, so maybe I did not do it optimally, but I can feel that My teaching practice is pretty good compared to before, because I can pretty much cover up the mistakes I made in my previous teaching practice. However, that doesn't mean I won't learn more to do my best, I will try to keep learning and learning so I can show my best.

  Bismillah This time I will share about teaching practice again, but this time about teaching practice with Small Group and Individual Teaching Skills skills. This skill is a skill in which a teacher will manage group and individual discussion groups, previously to be honest I did not know what skills a teacher had to apply, but after learning some skills especially these skills I came to know, and in managing Our small groups and individuals must really play an active role to make these students understand the learning process and the tasks they will do. I hope that in the future I can apply these skills properly when doing teaching practice or teaching.

Bismillah This time I will share what I got when I saw my friend doing teaching practice and presenting small group management skills, so in this skill a teacher is required to be able to manage small discussions, so from here I can see when my friend practiced this skill, he it looks excited when the students play an active role, so when they finish doing it, the lecturer in charge of the Micro Teaching course gives us an evaluation that when managing a group you should still be a teacher, in the sense of maintaining your image as a teacher. From this I can tell that should be like that and I will try to implement it later.

  Bismillah Well, this time I will tell you about my experience during teaching practice. And of course this time I brought classroom management skills, in practice this time I felt quite good than before when I brought asking skills, because when I asked questions yesterday I still didn't do it well, I didn't do it well, for example when I asked I didn't simplifying my questions so that students feel confused, but in this classroom management I feel a little bit able to do it even though I admit that I am still quite lacking, for example when students make a fuss I still don't manage it. However, from this I can see that I am still lacking in classroom management skills and in the future I will try to apply the criteria in doing classroom management skills. See you :)

Bismillah This time I will share about teaching practice again, but this time it is about teaching practice with strengthening skills. Actually, before that I didn't know what reinforcement skills were, all I knew was the name of the skill, but when my friend did a teaching practice by bringing this reinforcing skill I came to know that the reinforcement skill is one of them when we ask us again. provide feedback to students, in the sense that these students become more aware of the material presented to them.
